Terms of Service for Bet Delala (mobile)

Effective Date: November 17, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Delala (mobile) mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Your Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available property listings and other information ("User Content").

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You warrant that you own the content or have the right to post it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in all your listings. Misleading or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccurate pricing, location, or property photos.
Prohibited Content: You may not post User Content that is illegal, discriminatory (in violation of fair housing laws), obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the App.
Monitoring: We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, find to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or collect data from the App without permission.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or "spam."
Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services and integrates third-party tools (like Google Maps and Google AdMob) that are not owned or controlled by us.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Your use of third-party services like Google Maps is subject to their own terms of service.
We are not responsible for any User Content that links to external sites (e.g., YouTube links).

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

Platform Only: Bet Delala is a platform that connects users. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users (e.g., between a property lister and a potential buyer/renter).
No Guarantee: We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content, including property listings. All real estate transactions are conducted at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethio Clicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the App; (b) any User Content; or (c) any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
