a. Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When a restaurant owner registers, we collect personal information, such as your first and last name, phone number, and password. You may optionally provide an email address and physical address (street and city).
- Restaurant Information: We collect all data you provide about your restaurant, including its name, description, address, contact information, logo, banner images, menus, and food item details (name, price, description, images).
- Staff Information: When you add staff members, we collect the information you provide, such as a chef's name and experience, or a server's name, phone number, PIN, and profile image.
- Customer Order Information: When an order is placed through the App, we collect the customer's name and phone number for the order, the items ordered, and any special remarks.
b. Data from Third-Party Services
- Firebase Realtime Database: We use Firebase to sync order statuses in real-time. This involves transmitting order IDs, customer names, statuses, and order items.
- Supabase Storage: We use Supabase for secure cloud storage of all images you upload, including restaurant logos, banners, food images, and staff profile pictures.
3. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
- Create and manage your account and restaurant profile.
- Process and manage orders, payments, and other transactions related to the restaurant.
- Display order statuses on kitchen and customer-facing monitors.
- Communicate with you regarding your account or orders.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
- Notify you of updates to the App.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the circumstances described below:
- With Your Staff: Your restaurant's data (menus, orders, etc.) is accessible to your authorized staff members (chefs, attendants) as required for them to perform their duties.
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as cloud hosting (DigitalOcean), data storage (Supabase), and real-time data synchronization (Firebase).
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

We will retain your personal and restaurant information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our primary systems.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
